under 100 days

It is now less than 100 days until our Rilees due date! WE ARE SO EXCITED/NERVOUS/READY BUT NOT READY ALL AT THE SAME TIME!! Mainly just excited though :) I have such mixed emotions...I want to see her and hold her and kiss her little hands but at the same time I finally learned how to sleep with a big belly and not quite ready to be tired all day and also just LOVE feeling her kick around inside of me-it is by far the most amazing feeling in the entire world! Looking at the tiny clothes we have for her, picturing her in them-ahh we're just so excited!

Last week I went home to CT for a week without Robby and was able to spend some time with my mom and dad and Jens family--it was sooo much fun, I just LOVE my family so much!! And as sad I was to leave, I was also really excited to see Robby again. Being away from him and not seeing him everyday is hard :/ I guess we're in love or something.....

My flight came in at midnight but Robby came and got me and surprised me with flowers!! I wasn't expecting that at all and totally made the lonnnng flight worth it! (Flying pregnant is ROUGH.)

Robby and I have kind of realized it wont be just the two of us for much longer and really have been trying to soak up this time as much as possible and enjoy each stage of our lives-as much as we are always wanting the next step to come (like being done with school, buying a house or a new car, etc...) we know we will always miss the "simple life" of this stage right now. Last night we decided to make some homemade doughnuts together instead of taking a Sunday nap, found a really easy recipe on pinterest-yeah, we pin together haha

It was so much fun and they turned out DELICIOUS..and were gone in about 10 minutes, with a little help from the White family!

our first milestone :)

Robby and I just celebrated our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!
Last year on September 4th we pulled up to the temple and I got out of the car and I was walking over to Robby and he looked SOO HANDSOME in his tan suit, I thought to myself, "man, I am a lucky girl!!!" and I totally am!

I have grown so much more deeply in love with Robby in the year we have married, I just cannot imagine my life with anyone different! He knows me better then I let anyone know me and he makes it effortless to be myself. He truly loves me through all my flaws and some of the things I think are flawed in myself, are the things he says he loves most about me. I learned he will never join in on my pitty parties I have for myself...and I am so grateful for that! I have been waiting my whole life to meet Robby, I wrote in my journal daily about this mystery man and just waiting for the day that I would meet him-he made EVERYTHING worth it! There is still so much we will have to learn but if every year is as rewarding as the first-then we will get there-and its a good thing we have an eternity together to figure it all out!

Our first night together, we went to Anniversary Inn and it was awesome! All the rooms are different themed, so Robby decided to surprise me with revisiting Anniversary Inn and trying out a different room.
